Shipping & delivery policy

Where we ship

We deliver to every state in Nigeria. We do not ship outside Nigeria.

Orders are packed and sent from our store at 11 Abiodun Street, Shogunle, Ladipo Bus Stop, Oshodi, Lagos, Nigeria.

Dispatch days and processing time

Orders are processed after we confirm your bank transfer. Waybill / send out days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Paid orders are normally handed to the courier on the next dispatch day (1–2 business days).

Delivery times

Lagos: 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Outside Lagos: 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather or courier delays.

Delivery cost

Delivery is not included in the product price and is not charged at checkout. The cost depends on your location and the size/weight of your order.

After you place your order, our logistics team contacts you with the exact delivery cost before your order is sent out. You pay delivery only after you agree to the quote.

Optional "Take to the park" drop-off: ₦500 flat fee.

We do not offer free delivery.

Store pickup

You can collect your order free of charge from our store on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9am–4pm.

Stockpile

You can pay now and we hold your items in store. Stockpile should not exceed 5 days, after which we arrange pickup or delivery with you.

Tracking your order

You receive email updates at each stage, and you can check your order status any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email or phone.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

Report any problem within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos or video. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
